I could just about understand him so maybe there is some validity to his answer. I called and cancelled the same day I subscribed for my free trial with no obligation. I have my cancellation confirmation number showing I cancelled hours later on the same day. I am a reporter for a large paper based out of Phoenix Arizona. I am not done with Match. My attorney will also be sending the corporate office a letter of intent to collect on a illegal withdrawal and no refund. Both were snotty and unprofessional in their tone with me only infurating me more. Not to count how long I was put on hold during this ordeal. I asked for the supervisor's supervisor and she said they weren't taking any calls. I asked for Corperate's Headquarters phone number and address. She said she couldn't give out their phone number and gave me a P. Box number in Dallas. Bitch I wasn't born yesterday! Dealing with these people is terrible beyond belief. Thank goodness I had the original charge placed on a credit card and this is where they also charged my renewal. I called my credit card company and explained the situation to the associate who gladly helped me and also put me thru to her supervisor. The supervisor said she would have the dispute resolved in two to three days as if it never happened. And she said they have this problem with this particular business all the time. Without ever meeting me in person one of their customers was sending me messages explicit explaining me what he wanted to do to me sexually from head to toe. I need not need this kind of harassment and he refused to stop sending messages of this degree no matter me telling him it was disrespectful and I didn't want to ever hear from him again. This is not what I signed up for when I got the account. If you charged it to any account call the company and tell them to BLOCK MATCH. COM FROM FUTURE CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT! I am appalled by the fraudulence committed by this company. I recently signed up for one month and requested that they terminate my membership for the following month as I would be traveling for business. I was assured that I would not be billed further. After receiving numerous e-mails, I became aware that they re-billed my credit card and I immediately notified them requesting a termination but to no avail. I contacted an attorney and no doubt had grounds for a law suit but kindly agreed to let it go as I didn't want to go through the aggravation or unnecessary hassle of going to court. Needless to say they quickly removed my photo from the web-site. Their fraudulent behavior, poor business tactics and lack of respect for customers is disgraceful and I hope that people will think twice before signing up to fill this company's greedy pockets. FYI, its also been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they use dummy profiles and photos to entice and fool subscribers. The Illinois Toll cannot charge my card without the new expiration date, how can Match. Never use them again. Plenty Of Fish is free, and you get better results. I don't go to my match acct very often and the matches sent to me were by far no one fitting my preferences, so I think too much of it for a few days. I had saved my email address and PW so my log-ins were quick. Well, I could not log-in. I did not recognize my PW. I requested a PW reset about 4 times over a couple of days but never received a email with the link to rest it. I called the 800 only open M-F 8-5pm about 4 times during this process and was told that my email address does not exist, my screen name does not exist, etc. Using my incident , they were finally about to access something. I was told that the e-mail address they had on file was not the one on the account. Seems that a character had been added to my e-mail address. The story gets crazier. Anyway, they tried to say that I had posted an incorrect e-mail address on my account. This is beyond ridiculous. I am unsure of what the true really is but I do know that the error is on Match's end. I have done nothing different with my account settings since becoming a member. Someone changed my account email address and Lord knows whatever else and doing so had prevented me from accessing my account. Cust Srv would not let me speak to a superv. And, they refused to refund my money. I am contacting my bank and the BBB. Oh yeah, one of the CS at Match said that they were located outside of the US. I agree one-hundred percent with the negative comments that are aforementioned. The customer service people? Well you cannot really blame them. They are obviously given a script to go by to answer questions. That is why so many questions are not adequately answered and you leave the call frustrated. MATCH outsources the calls to a hub facility in Manila. The people answering are not technicians nor are they really capable of answering the questions. I called several times and would get the same standard answer to my questions, which ultimately never answered them. My problem, I have not received the daily matches from the site for over two weeks and all I received as an answer was that a message was sent to the technical division. Still not receiving the daily match, so my thought is the technical division does not exist or there is only one person to deal with all the issues. And obviously by all the comments there are so many. I resorted to looking up the cooperate office site and have also found a phone number and a e-mail address. I'll be using those also and I encourage everyone else to so the same. Maybe, just maybe it will lite a fire and someone will take all this nonsense seriously. Anonymous This company is the worst. For direct communications to corp. Also, notice the parent company and board of directors of parent company. Since no responses out of Match corporate office, find addresses of board of directors and start a flood of mail to their offices. Zannino, Director don't sign up with them, the Match guarantee is a scam. I asked the rep when I signed up the requirements and I meet them and they wont do anything, they also outsourced to India so they don't have to deal with you. Time to open a class action lawsuit against them, so we all get our money back for breach of contract and bait and switch Anonymous sounds like they outsourced their customer service center and it is HORRIBLE. I could not get a FULL refund the day of the renewal only partial and did not want to use the site anymore. They would not allow me to speak to anyone in charge or at a higher level. They will no longer honor attempt at cancellation after one or 3 months, with a warning that one needs to re-up to continue. They just charge you. I stopped using Match in Mid-February 2016 and unsuccessfully tried to turn it off on line. On March 10 they billed me for a full 3 months, though I had not been using the service, and tried to turn it off. I asked 6 times to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was refused everytime. In fact, she thretened to hang up on me, and thus remove the option for a small refund. I think they have indeed outsoiurced their financial and cusomer service to someone else. MATCH IS NO LONGER CUSTOMER ORIENTED OR USER-FRIENDLY IN ANY WAY. THE FINANCIAL SET UP IS A TRAWLING OPERATION TO KEEP CHARGING MEMBERS AS LONG AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN. BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR HERE. Once they were people-oriented, which is what a site like this is about. Instead of responding negatively how about you build your own dating website with godaddy. And rarely works for anyone. It needs to be replaced with hundreds of smaller dating websites that can actually be moderated and regulated. SHOULD have looked on this page before i signed up.

His voice does not sound as a mature man in his 55. Like another member wrote, they got me when I thought I was signing up on a monthly basis and they charged my card for a whole tout. Like I said, I did not purposely or knowingly rejoin so your system is screwed.
